Update from Marcie’s Research Frustration with Black Institutions

updateI received a call from the original person at the second institution from . Remember I told you he said he couldn’t find anything? Well, the young man reported that there were events held every weekend at one of the resources he was checking out for me. And, he’s still looking up other resources.

I just wanted to share what happens when you report poor customer service and hold people accountable for what they are supposed to do.  And this is good stuff.
