Two Great Happenings: Guest Post and Panelist Opportunity

Check out My Interviews on The Write Design Company and Shorty

Remember I said I was going to start interviewing bloggers and business owners for The Write Design Company? Well, I started my blogger interviews at Blogging While Brown. I conducted an audio interview with Danyelle Little ~aka~ The Cubicle Chick and a video interview with Chrystal from the Duo Dishes.  They came out very well. I just have to learn how to wrap up my interviews.

Also, I have two audio interviews on Shorty: Your Chicago South Side Resource. The first is an audio interview with Claudette Redic, the Servant Leader for the Deborah Movement. This is a group of serving families of young victims of violence. I also had a chance to interview Tommy Perez, a Chicago-based actor who absolutely loves Comic Con.

I’m so excited to have just started. Just wanted to share my progress!

I Have Been Nominated for the 2011 Small Business Influencer Award

 

In addition to being a writer, blogger, live blogger, roller skater and community servant, I am also an entrepreneur.   My business, The Write Design Company, boosts the online engagement and bottom lines of companies and events of all sizes through writing, blogging, live blogging and social media.  We also provide training and coaching services.

The Write Design Was Nominated for Best Business Blog!

The Write Design Company was nominated for the Best Business Blog for the 2011 Black Weblog Awards.  So, I’ll be attending the awards show on the same day I present Live Blogging 101 at the Blogging While Brown Conference. Woo hoo!

What’s even cooler is – I got VIP seating because my blog was nominated. I feel like the Queen of Blogging and Live Blogging.
